Through the New School Development Program, Innovative Schools builds partnerships with community groups and Founding Boards to provide the vital support and resources necessary to develop and implement a high quality, innovative charter school. 

The Program is delivered in three phases:

  • Application Phase

  • Planning Phase

  • Start-Up Phase

In each of these phases, New School Development Program participants receive direct technical assistance from Innovative Schools’ staff and from our partnering local or national consultants, who have expertise on school start-up topics.
