Simplify Your Job Search
The Educate Delaware teacher application platform reduces the paperwork and simplifies the application process by quickly putting you in touch with multiple prospective schools looking to hire.
After completing one online application, you will be considered for all of the teaching positions available in participating Delaware public schools, allowing you to find the position that best fits your skills and experience without applying to each school separately. Applicants will be subject to a pre-screening process that reflects the hiring priorities of participating school leaders, ensuring targeted recruiting for both you as an applicant and for the school leader. Hiring is based on mutual consent.
How to Apply
Starting an application is as easy as clicking here.
The online application consists of six sections:
1. Basic applicant information
2. Education background
3. Certification information
4. Teaching preferences
5. Résumé upload

You can save your application and make as many changes to it as necessary until you are ready to submit it. Once you are finished and ready to submit your application, simply click on the “Submit” button.
